A campus dedicated to innovation, research, and the sharing and dissemination of knowledge in the field of visual impairment

Inaugurated on December 3, 2024, the Louis Braille Campus marks a significant step toward greater independence for people with visual impairments. Dedicated to supporting research, technological innovation, and training, it aims to be a driving force not only in France but also on the international stage.
Inspired by the legacy of Louis Braille, inventor of the famous eponymous tactile code, this campus, located in the heart of the Duroc district in Paris, aims to become a place where startups, researchers, students, and people affected by visual impairment work together to develop concrete solutions that promote independence and improve the daily lives of people who are blind or visually impaired.
So that tomorrow, crossing a street by locating crosswalks or being able to use all apps without sight will become a reality.
